Silverwood—Noah R. Holden, 81, died Friday at 3 p.m. at the Colony Farm Division of the State Hospital, Indianapolis. He had been a patient there 24 years.
  Mr. Holden was born Dec. 24, 1867 at Shell Creek, N. C., son of Patterson and Jane Isaac Holden. He was married to Mary Ann Griffith, who preceded him in death.
  Surviving are four sons, Francis, of Lafayette, Howard of Perrysville, William and James of Silverwood; three daughters, Mrs. Celia Newhart of Michgantown, Ind., Mrs. Myrtle Ping of Perrysville and Mrs. Martha Hawn of Lodi; fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; also a brother, Mall, of Newlin, N. C.
  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Waterman Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Donahue officiating. Burial in Miller Cemetery in charge of Fishero Funeral directors. S&E
